Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number via email once it departs.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes! You can choose your favorite blends and delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and save 15% on every order. Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on coffee or tea. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
